I am considering attending Newcastle Film And Comic Con this October. On Saturday 21st October, it is also on the Sunday, but my plan is to just go for the day and come back home. It takes about 2 hours on the train from where I live. I am thinking about just doing the standard entry which lets you enter from 11am, you can get early bird entry which allows you entry from 9am with my trains it would be impossible to get there for 9, if I caught the first train in the morning I think it would get me their for about 9:30.
Standard entry costs £8, Early Bird ticket costs £15, it is the same prices for the Sunday. You can buy Family tickets and Child ones. If you are going for the whole weeked you can buy a ticket for both days for £14 (Standard Entry) or £28 for Early Bird. They also sell a Gold Pass which gets you early entry for both days and gives you priority seating at Talks and other stuff. It costs £145.
At present they have one Diamond Pass you can buy for Pearl Mackie who was in the last series of Doctor Who. With the Diamond Pass you get a dog tag, Standard Photo Op, Guaranteed in person Autograph, Limited Poster. It costs £70.
There are 3 guests I am interested in seeing at Newcastle Film And Comic Con one is Pearl Mackie it is £30 for a Auto and £30 for a Photo Op or you can get the above Diamond Pass. The Second Guest I am interested in is somone who cancelled at this years London Film And Comic Con - Indira Varma she has appeared in Game Of Thrones and Torchwood I know she has done many other shows but these are the two that I saw her in. It costs £20 for a Auto and £20 for a Photo Op. The Third guest I am interested in is Vladimir Furdik who plays the Frickin' Night King in Game Of Thrones :) he costs £15 for a Auto and £15 for a Photo Op.
If I go I would be trying to get Photo and Auto's with Pearl Mackie and Indira Varma and probably just an Auto from Vladimir Furdik.
I would love to see some Guests from Red Dwarf if they got any of the main cast I think this would make my mind up to go :) Also would like more Game Of Thrones and Doctor Who peeps. I will be keeping a close eye on things to see when/if any more guests are announced.
